Do you ever have one of those days when you feel like you should just keep your mouth shut?It's a form of detachment that doesn't feel good surface-wise. It feels like an instinct, rather than intuition. The truth is that I am comfortable with intuition...not so much with instinct.
Instinct is raw and powerful...elements I like in my movies, but not in my body.
I've been waking physically uncomfortable...finally practiced qi gong this morning...in the quiet of being the only one awake. That was nice. I could feel an opening and softening.
We'll be at Danielle and Norb's today enjoying friends, food, and the 4th of July parade which comes right up their street.
