Scrambled

The chemicals in my body are resetting.  The weepiness has subsided, as has the strong lethargy.  I did wake up with a stomachache and a seemingly random spot on my right thigh has hurt since yesterday evening.

Donna called me during the day yesterday and it really helped to talk, be heard, and listen.  It helped immensely to hear her identify some things about me which she understands from loving and seeing and knowing me.  She definitely caught some strands which were swirling around my head.

I started crying, but held back.  That happened a couple of other times yesterday.  It's progress.  I used to be able to cry freely when I was younger.  Now, I do only with or through someone else's story, never my own.  As uncomfortable as I was yesterday, it was a shaking up of something pretty deep and if it's part of loosening up my ability to more freely express myself, it's ultimately a good thing.

I didn't fall asleep till after 2 am and had a bit of a hard time waking up.  When I did, I remembered that I still have to do the taxes.  Oops.

I thought about non-GFCF food yesterday in the throes of my depression, but I didn't crave it.  And I didn't have any.  The main thought/image I had was of subs.  Hmm.

I did have four kombuchas in four days after a long dry spell.  None in the fridge at the moment.  We'll see how that goes.

No more tv till I get my financial catch up, including the taxes, done.

And now, for some Qigong.

Good luck with your taxes. My thoughts are with you as you feel your way through this emotional shake up.

Our taxes aren't off yet either. I think this is going to be a record for us ;-)

Thanks Jamie and Shannon :-)

Haha, this isn't a record for me, I am often one of those people on the longass line at the post office on 4/15.

Procrastination? Mild ADD? I'm getting some books out of the library about ADD. I'll let you know what I learn!

(Shannon, you guys totally get a pass for this year, you've had just a few things going on this Spring...)
