I've written about it before, I'll probably write about it again. I love these brownies. Cap baked the batch yesterday and used a different dark chocolate. I could taste the difference. I'll take 'em either way, but appreciated the change of flavor experience.Brownies bring together key elements of an excellent dessert: chocolate, cakiness, sweet with a dash of savory.
