I was not able to stay awake. I could have sat at the computer to keep myself awake but I decided to go to bed instead. It was nice to wake up to the exciting news of a championship!
I didn't think I would be able to stay awake, but I was so excited that I managed. (Then, of course, I had trouble falling asleep.)
But, I have a life where I can wake up at nearly 9:00 am and have no worries (on most days). If I were a 9 to 5-er, I probably would have gone to bed 'cause I do need my sleep.
It was great that they had such a comfortable lead and looked as dominating as they did because I could watch the game relaxed and really enjoy it.
You know what it's like to be a Boston fan though...you never REALLY believe it till the very end.
They did it! They rocked the game. Very exciting.
