I love graphic novels. They are quick reads that pack powerful punches. The complementary combination of compacted words and sprawling visuals often yield an exponentially positive result. I imagine they are to me what poetry is to others. (Poetry continues to grow on me.)
Three Shadows was the better one of these two. If you want to try one, read this one. It was riveting and moving.
I am moving onto Linger, the second book in the Wolves of Mercy Falls trilogy. I'll get to my 2012 books eventually!
