Tonight I had pretty successfully talked myself out of going to Dragon's Way class. Gem looked me in the eye and said, "you know you will feel better if you go".

In that moment I knew he spoke the Truth.

I went.

I did feel better.

I was living in the negative (feeling like a loser bc I hadn't practiced in like a week) and he pulled me into the positive.
