Jamie lent some books months and months ago. I took one of them to FL with me and it was eye opening. I only read a few pages, but it made an impression. The book is called The Highly Sensitive Person and you can read about it here.
It has already helped me defuse a personal interaction I had recently, and it is giving me insight into Sag...not Gem, as I had thought.
I think it's going to be an interesting tool of clarity for me.

Yes, I found the Highly Sensitive Person to be a bit enlightening but it was the Introvert Advantage that was a true eye opener for me. It could be because I read it first but it had so many "Ah ha" moments in it that I couldn't but it down and referred to it often.
