As much as I like the picture, my first thought was "LEAVES!!! AHHHHH!" ;-) Are you responsible for raking or does the landlord? We're totally procrastinating on our lawn :-P
Looks like enough leaves to make a pile to jump in! As a kid we really did rake leaves and then jump into them. Of course it was best when they weren't all wet and muddy.

Heh Heh - My thought was - Get that boy a rake! It is a lovely photo though.
The landlord is ultimately responsible though we are welcome to rake...
I see this ocean of brown as an invitation to step out of suburban constructs of what should be done with fallen leaves :-)
The effect is nicely dramatic if you click to embiggen the pic... He looks like a consternated sailor on his vessel...
