Had a session with Vinny yesterday afternoon which left me feeling, by last night, like I had been hit by a truck. Really sore, there's a spot in my ribs which has periodically killed every time I breathe. I don't know which has been worse, that or not being able to lie comfortably in bed. The only position that is remotely workable is face down.
Watched some movies today...it was all I could feebly do. The Visitor, Shut Up and Sing, and In Bruges. All well done and entertaining.

I saw the movie In Bruges with Jared and my brother Chris. Jared seemed to like it the most (which I thought was interesting). Chris and I had been to Bruge so we thought it might be fun to watch and see the scenery. Not as much scenery as I had hoped. I had never heard of Bruge before going there and it was the most beautiful place I have seen.

Thanks guys. Jean I have been thinking of you a lot during this time. I cannot imagine even further, what living with chronic pain must be like, other than absofuckinglutely horrible.
