Here is a self-portrait I shot today. Wearing spectacles I really dug and was all set to order...till I found out how much. And I just couldn't. So I went with the getting new lenses (the lower half of my bi-focal script had changed yet again) in an old but very gently used pair of sunglasses frames I have held onto.
Sigh.
These frames were purple.
Sigh.

Sorry you couldn't get the glasses you wanted. I know how expensive they can be. Mine need to last for a long time.
Me, to..but apparently you've held on to those sunglass frames for a good reason!
