I heard about this graphic novel from Lolly of Lolly Knitting Around. She is one of my contacts on Goodreads and I have gotten a bunch of solid recommendations for books by following her.
Reading the introduction was illuminating and intense. A condensed history of Afghanistan which taught me a thing or two.
