Wow.
What a great book.
I bought it to bring with me to Virginia. (Lolly put it on my radar...she is another Knitting/life blogger who I feel quite connected to despite never having met her and mostly lurking on her blog. We have many shared interests and similar tastes.) I started it there and finished it at home.
It's futuristic, very character-driven, and one of those novels where you know there is so much research/knowledge behind it, yet the prose flows effortlessly off the page.
I highly recommend checking it out.
